In this presentation Wayne Krause teaches that we exist for those who are not here yet. The churches that are quite comfortable and happy with what they are doing don't have an approach for discipleship. If we want a church community where everyone is welcomed it will include accountability and commitment. If the church is serious about making disciples, building disciples and growing disciples, it will be intentional, and it will grow in maturity and multiplication.
