God has called the church to multiply through church-plant. A missional church should be a multiplying church. In this video, Pastor Sergio Quevedo tells the story of One Connection Church, a church-plant started four years ago in Boston. Over 50% of people in New England is unchurched or de-churched. The core group met for eight months before they launched any kind of worship gathering. During that time, they were doing mission in the community and neighborhood, learning to be missionaries and relearning how to be normal people, without an agenda, and without looking at people as projects.
